Who we are
Our website address is: http://listennm.com.
We never collect your personal data and we never will.
Comments
We do not allow comments on our website. That’s just asking for trouble. Listen!NM is not a political organization nor do we take sides on social issues. Besides, we have enough to do keeping up with all of our social media.
You are always welcome to reach out to us via e-mail if you have suggestions or questions about our site or its content.
Media
Virtually all of our media come from our events and all of our events are voluntary participation events. We always let everyone know that we are filming or have a photographer wandering around and we respect the privacy of anyone who asks not to be videotaped or photographed.
Any music or video that you see on our websites or social media is either public in origin or media that we have secured releases for. We don’t allow anyone to post media on our websites because we are very wary of copyright rights and restrictions.
Contact forms
The contact forms are simply for the purpose of you reaching out to us while keeping spam to a minimum.
Cookies
We don’t like cookies unless they have chocolate chips, so we don’t activate them on our websites. It’s bad enough with everyone else bothering you.
There’s never any need to login to our websites and any forms you need to fill out will either be secure and on our site or on a secure site elsewhere.
Embedded content from other websites
We generally don’t embed other content on our websites. It’s enough just trying to keep up with our own stuff. Still, while we try to be careful, some wascally wabbit might get through via a link we’ve posted. We ask that you use normal caution before you click on any link.
Outside websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Analytics
We don’t do any analytics, which everyone says is crazy, but since we gather new data from year to year and we’re not trying to sell you anything, we don’t need to analyze your spending habits.
What rights you have over your data?
Your data is your data. If you ever feel uncomfortable about having giving us your info, we will delete any information we may have in any database in our possession.
Your contact information
Contact information you provide on a contact form may remain in a database and we may reach out to you from time to time if something really important comes up, but we don’t share it with anyone else and if you want us to delete your contact info, all you have to do is ask.
Your Copyright
We are very serious about your copyright and publishing rights. You are the sole owner of your artistic content. Period.
